The first flight
We taste the opening wines side by side. I’ll walk you through what to notice — and why your snack makes it taste different.
The good stuff
The bolder pours and the boards come out. This is where the “oohs” happen and everyone loosens up.
Last pour & favourites
We revisit the crowd favourite, I share where to buy the ones you loved, and you leave knowing exactly what to grab next time.
